A residential development comprising of eleven flats. one of the ground floor flats opens toward a timber decked patio, the privacy of the front facing flat is protected by sliding louvres made of perforated metal. Above there are eight two-bedroom flats, two on each of the four floors and a three-bedroom penthouse on the fith floor. The building shares the staircase and the lift with the neighbouring building.

The street facing flats overlook a park while the rear facing ones have a view towards the city centre. The size of the windows and their low parapet is derived from traditional London residential buildings and the proportions of the sashes relate to the pattern of the external brick wall.

The house is equipped with solar thermal panels for water heating, a green roof, rainwater harvesting and a grey water-recycling unit.

Presently the commercial unit on ground floor is being converted into two flats. The rear flat opens toward a timber decked patio; the privacy of the front facing flat is protected by sliding louvres made of perforated metal.
